One really painless way to help ease the cost of band is to make purchases at Krogers using a Kroger card. When you use it, Kroger pays the band 4%, which goes entirely towards your band fees. You can have as many Kroger cards as you like. Parents, siblings, and friends can use them as well to help you. All the cards issued to you will be credited to your child's account. We are currently receiving a steady income from the kroger card. The Kroger Gift Card is used similar to a debit card. You receive aKroger card for $5 from the band, which comes pre-loaded with $5 on it. They must be purchased through the band, not the store. You may add up to $500 on it at a time with a credit card, debit card, cash, or check at any register or customer service counter at Kroger. Then you simply use the card to pay for groceries, pharmacy items, even gasoline. When paying at a register, you need to tell them before they start scanning your groceries. The TC Band earns 4% of your total purchases which goes 100% to your band account. Note to Senior Parents. Please keep using your Kroger cards. This is a painless way to continue helping to fund one of the finest band programs in the state.
